Cybernecs designs enterprise AI agents, Cerebros (the organisation graph), and sovereign on-premise infrastructure so existing companies can run operations with a written mandate. High-stakes actions stay under a named human (HITL). This website is an identity and commercial surface, not a public unattended chat runtime.
What are on-premise AI agents?
On-premise AI agents run on infrastructure you control — your racks, private cloud, or air-gapped network — instead of sending every prompt and tool call to a public SaaS chatbot. Cybernecs deploys agents with traces, named approval gates, and optional in-country inference for Europe, the USA, China, and Africa.
What is Cerebros?
Cerebros is Cybernecs’ operating kernel: a living knowledge graph that connects sales, treasury, engineering, support, and logistics so agents reason on the same facts. It is not a disposable chat window. Memory, policy, and HITL live on the graph.
How does human-in-the-loop (HITL) work at Cybernecs?
Financial, destructive, and security actions are never executed silently. The agent submits a proposal. A human named in the mandate signs, or the action does not run. Each public agent card states the gate, the memory horizon, and the never-line.
Is there a public A2A chat or unsupervised agent API on this site?
No. agents.cybernecs.com publishes identity cards and documentation. Machine-readable cards live at /.well-known/agent.json. There is no unattended public agent API on this host.
Where does Cybernecs operate?
Headquarters and research are in Paris. Delivery runs in London, the United States, China, and Africa. On-premise and air-gapped runtimes are used when data cannot leave the country.
Does Cybernecs claim OPCO, Qualiopi, or guaranteed client ROI?
No. Private work is billed directly to the organisation. This site does not claim OPCO or Qualiopi. It does not invent client percentages or unverified ROI.
