## What Cybernecs is

Cybernecs designs task-specific AI agents, Cerebros (organisation graph / operating kernel), and sovereign on-premise infrastructure so existing companies can run AI-native operations. High-stakes actions stay under a named human (HITL). This website is an identity and commercial surface. It is not a public unattended chat runtime and it does not expose an unsupervised A2A endpoint.
